摘要

卵泡刺激素是垂體糖蛋白激素家族中的一種,它對于維持正常的生殖功能具有十分重要意義,尤其是對闡明生殖生理過程、診斷和治療生殖系統疾病非常重要。卵泡刺激素的生物學活性是一系列復雜進程的綜合:從垂體中合成釋放,存在于血液循環中,隨血液循環轉運至靶器官,與靶點受體結合,調節生長發育,卵泡成熟和精子發生等。本文綜述了近年來在卵泡刺激素結構、功能及其與疾病關系的研究進展。

Abstract

Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) is a member of glycoprotein hormone superfamily. It is crucial in maintaining normal fertilization, especially in elucidating fertilization process, diagnosing and curing reproductive system diseases. The activation of FSH is a series of comprehensive process. It is synthesized and secreted by the gonadotroph cells in the anterior pituitary gland and transported through blood to the target organ and binds to the target receptors to regulate development, growth, follicular maturation, and spermatogenesis. This article reviews the research progress in the structure, function, and related diseases of FSH these years.
